Encounter has been operating under the radar, catalysing culture change and strategic transformation using anthropological thinking and future-facing innovation tools, primarily with UK public services and larger, global corporates, for a number of years. But we have plans for something more! This website is acting as a holding page until we launch more formally and can introduce our exciting new ideas.

In the mean time, we are already working with clients on both global and local projects and programmes. Our method is collaborative but is also designed to provoke, challenge and inspire. The aim is to spy future opportunities before others, and catalyse action around meaningful change.
